RT Flow AI is a respiratory workflow support platform. It is not a medical record system. We do not request, store, or process protected health information (PHI). Users are instructed not to enter patient names, MRNs, dates of birth, or any identifiable patient information in any field of the platform.
Account Information
When you create an account or apply for beta access, we collect your name, email address, professional role, and facility (if provided). This information is used solely to manage access and communicate about the platform.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage data (which modules are used, which workflows are completed) to improve the platform. This data contains no patient information.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use industry-standard infrastructure providers to host the platform.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
